Transaction Explanation default descriptions (F4111.TREX)

Hi,

Is it possible to change the default descriptions for the transaction explanations (TREX) in cardex?

Example: CP doc type defaults "Potency Change"

Can I change this to read "Water Percent Change" so it is more meaningful to our business?

If yes, where can I change this? The UDC description in 00|DT reads "Lot Potency Change" for CP, so it is not getting from there.
