Solaris OS having issue accessing LUN

Hi,

One of system(M5000) went down. The system went powered off while Performance Graph did not represent excessive CPU / Memory load (other than normal i.e. it was as per normal daily usage). Please investigate the issue to provide RCA to prevent such occurrence from taking place in future.
