What are the different ways the trans dates are populated in the ASSET tables (like COST, OPEN TRANS

Hi AM experts,

We would like to know how the trans date is populated in the AM tables. Because we see many transactions in COST and OPEN TRANS with blank Trans date causing variance in depreciation. If we know how these dates are populated, we would use validations programmatically to prevent trans date having a null value. Thank you!
