Unable To Save New Application Instance In ASCP

Hi,

On :  12.2.5 version, Data Collections

Unable to save new application instance in ASCP .When trying to add a second EBS instance to the application instances form in ASCP initially receive an error that "Source to APS db link already exists".


Found a metalink note(2130076.1) of the same error.Thought of applying the patch 21261567,but it was not found in .Patch and update'
