Style Change not displayed for few users (RPAS Classic Client 13.2)

Hello,

Users able to see "old version" of the configuration on their system, when logging into RPAS Classic Client 13.2 , however if the same user is accessing from another system ( Changes are visible).

The change is a configuration change and a style change.

How can we ensure the user is able to see the Classic Client UI same in all systems, with the changes in effect.

Appreciate any response.
