Tax (VDS & TDS) creation for Bangladesh in EB-Tax

HI,

Any one help me to define the tax in EB-Tax as per the below requirement.

Invoice Value :100000

VDS on Invoice Value : 100

TDS on Net value(100100) : 1100

ie VDS 1% on Invoice value and TDS 1% on Net value (Invoice value + VDS)

How to define in EB-Tax(R12)
