Sales commission incorrectly updated for Item and Customer groups

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein i require a dealer company(XYZ) to get commission of 5% if it brings order to the Parent company(DEF) from 3 set of customer(ex, Customer A, Customer B, Customer C) and only for certain set of items. I created item group and customer group through basic preferences.

However the solution does not work as the commission is getting applied for all items if the customers are among as mentioned above

Please advise on the issue.
