Forms Personalization on Receipt form - Trigger raised only for first record

Hi all,

I'd like to put a forms personalization on the PO Receipts form, populating the Supplier Lot Number with some custom value.

I have a personalization that is triggered on the WHEN-NEW-RECORD event. However that event is raised only for the very first record returned in the form.

How can I get the event trigger raised for each record returned in the form? Or are there alternatives to populate fields for all records returned in the form?
