shell picker added to SOV

We are using Unifier 16.1.  We added a shell picker to our SOV.  I am trying to auto-populate the detail from of our payment application with this element,  When I try to auto-populate the SOV is not an option.  Only Single Record BPs appear.  What am I missing?  Is it set up in the SOV, or something with the element I am adding?
