JDEdwards Self Service Voluntary Life Enrollment

I am trying to use JDEdwards Self Service for enrollment of voluntary life.   I have it set up and it works perfectly in Enrollment with Eligibility, but not in self service.

I am listing each amount as a seperate option on the plan, example  option 1 - $10,000, option 2 - $20,000 etc. 

I have a custom table method that uses a calculation table for age to get the rate, and that times the amount in the option chosen.   This works perfectly in Enrollment with Eligibility.

But it seems that in Self Service it is using the first amount it finds, does the calculation and uses that amount for ALL options.
