Adjustment Calendar help needed

Hello,

I am having an issue getting an adjustment calendar to reverse Term Fees upon Term Withdrawal from the institution.  It appears Tuition Calc is reading the correct adjustment calendar and applying the right adjustment percentage but no charges are reversed off the student account.

Please see attached document for the setup I have in place. 

Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
