How to resend a cancelled AP Invoice Hold Notification
Hi,
We are using EBS version 12.2.4 with database version 11.2.0.4
User reports that on her work list, she sees the AP invoice hold notification for particular invoice, but it is saying the status is cancelled.
We are wondering if we can resend the hold notification that has been cancelled. She cannot release the hold at this time.
I checked the workflow for AP Invoice hold notification, but I only have the invoice number and I don't know the item key to check exactly what is going on with the workflow.
How can I find out the item key number based on invoice number? Once I find the invoice number, can I resend the cancelled ap invoice hold notification? Gurus, please advise. Thanks.
