Update Sales Order Header to Detail

In Sales Order Entry, you can change the Tax Rate and Area on the header and this can be populated down to the detail lines as it's in 42/DF.

However, I don't understand why the Taxable field is also not an available field to populate. Seems strange to be able to add the Tax Rate and Area and populate it down but not change it from Taxable N at the same time.

Am I missing the place where I can also populate this down to the lines from the header.
