Mass Addition Error when trying to Change the Queue from NEW to POST

Hi

We are encountering error "Please enter the required value for the program segment in the Asset Keyflex field flexfield".

APP-FND-01388:Cannot Read value for  profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routinue & Routinue.

We have uploaded assets through WEB ADI and trying to post them by changing the changing the status queueu from NEW to POST by entering details and encountering the error.

Please find attached screen shot.
