AGIS across business groups

Good Day

We have setup all our Operating Units under 1 business group to cater for AGIS however, we are now faced with an issue where we cannot create employees in other Business Groups as suppliers. This places limitations on iExpenses.

Without having to setup additional operating units and AP responsibilities, does anyone know of another workaround/ solution?
