No email confirmation after using Login Assistance

Hi everyone,

I had this issue in login assistance. After the user changed/reset his password there was no email confirmation.

Our situation is like this. We are using 2 domains. In the Oracle setup, the domain1.com was setup. When user from domain1.com reset his password its successful, but when user from domain2 reset his password no email confirmation and the password was not reset.

Do you have any suggestions or encountered the same scenario? Please we really need some advise and help.
