Program: Journal Import doesn't run with schedule a concurrent program

Hi Experts,

We are scheduling a concurrent program(X) and a data is loading from a staging area(Customization system ) to GL Interface and Program: Journal Import doesn't run to transfer data to GL, but when we are running a concurrent program(X) manual  a data is transferring from a staging area(Customization system ) to GL Interface and Program: Journal Import is running fine and data transfer to GL.

My Question: what is the issue for Program: Journal Import doesn't run when doing scheduling?

Note: The issue happened after upgrade to 12.2.5
