Flow of subscription from BRM to ECE

Dear Team ,

I have following two questions :

1.Can you please explain the flow how when a subscription happens to an account in BRM side through testnap or soup ui ,how is this carried into ece and what are the process responsible for this?

2.How are the service type (like Convergent Voice) are synced into ece ? Request you outline the usage process carried out in ece upto rated event formatter process.
