check for a b2b item in a finished sale order.

Hi to everyone, I would like to proof that an item of a sale order was really a B2B item and not a normal one.

Is there any site where I can check the purchasing order number or anything more to proof that a specific item was a b2b instated of a normal (to show to a customer for example) in a finished sale order?
