ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

Hi,

I'm using Oracle 12c (12.1.0.1.0)  on Windows server 2012 R2.

When I try to connect to pluggable db I recieve an error message: ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection.

I am able to connect to root and I can switch to pluggable db with alter session command.


In the listener log I found these lines:

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error

   64-bit Windows Error: 203: Unknown error

Please advise.
