Display Customer Notes On Sales Order Entry

I've got a new request to display some customer notes when a new sales order(P4210) is being entered (after they enter in a sold to address)

I've figured out how to get delivery instructions from the billing instructions defaulted in, but that's about it.

Is there any other stock way to look at customer notes from the order entry screen?
