Oracle Forms & Reports 12c Installation questions

I'm going to install 12.2.1.1 to Windows 2012 R2.

While looking through the installation guides I have recognised that I have to install the Apache Web Server and a Repository Database.

I would like to run Forms & Reports standalone.

1. So my question is if I need the Apache Web Server because on 11g my forms were provided by an Oracle HTTP Server ?

2. Do I really need the repository DB ?
