Emails not being set with attachment once the job completes

Hello,

We have a custom batch program R5504571 which is coded in a way that when the job completed the BI published output is emailed to the mail id mentioned in the code.

When we see the delivery status of this job it says submitted for delivery to the mentioned email address. But we do not receive any email The generated BIP output is available on the server and we can manually see the output but dont get email with attachment.

The batch has RD: RD5504571A and Template Name: TR_R5504571_BV_EN_0001, Excel, attached to it.

Can you please help. ?
