Two appointments for shipment

Hi All ... I'm trying to figure a way to create two appointments for a single shipment.

The point is . .  The equipment group has two containers. And in order to save time, it would be necessary to schedule each container into two different dock doors.

As an workaround, I can manually create an appointment to save the referred slots when scheduling the shipment. So I'd have two appointments.

But I'm wondering if there isn't another to do so or even make it automatically once it can be hardworking depending on the number of shipments.

Has anyone faced it? Any ideas to go through this?
