Login issue to Hyperion

We are using Hyperion version 11.2.0.4

User is reporting getting error messages when try to login to Hyperion. So far, she is the only one not able to login. All others can login with no issue. Attached is error message. She was able to login before. Don't know what has changed. Gurus please advise. Thank you.
