On the fly edit the attachement on Open Ui on IE11

Hi All

We are using Siebel 15.7 version on IE11 & and we want to upgrade OUI only on 15.7 with IE11 version itself. Here we don't want to do OUI upgrade on next patch set.

While doing POC on 1 staging environment for OUI, we have found 1 issue related to :

"OpenUI Siebel Attachments Cannot be Saved in the File System" & its steps are :

1) Launch Callcenter 8.1.1.10 - OpenUI application using IE11

2) Go to Claim screen & drilldown on Claim Reference number

3) Go the Child View i.e Correspondence view

4) Click on New File button. Add a new attachment.

5) Click on attachment to open it. It opens a new webpage with 3 options Open, Save, Cancel;
