When click Receipts in Receiving in Oracle Inventory gets error.

Hi,

When click Receipts in Receiving in Oracle Inventory gets error 'You are setup as an employee. To access this form you need to be an employee '.

Is there any option in oracle to receive in inventory  without being an employee.
