config.sh error while upgrading BI publisher from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7

We are upgrading BI publisher from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7 and i am getting the error at config.sh step( we complete software install and schema update as part of intial in place upgrade sucessfully). "upgrading business intelligence catalog step failed". I read from oracle doc that you don't have Enterprise edition that error can be ignored. My question how can i ignore this error and complete one remaining step (configuring OCM) that is left as part of configuration.
