Configuring email alerts for preparers/reviewers etc.

Hi ,

We are implementing ARM version 11.1.2.3.7

I am trying to configure alerts such that a power user gets an alert everytime some sends an assignment request , or a preparer /reviewer gets an e-mail when its their turn to prepare/review reconciliation

Kindly guide me through this.  In the admin guide I see something for close manager but not for ARM

I would be deeply grateful if you could help me with this!
