What is the differnece between tokens OTL_ALIAS_1 and TIMECARD_ALIAS_1 in OTL timecard layout?

Hi,

     Can you please let me know the difference between tokens OTL_ALIAS_1 and TIMECARD_ALIAS_1 that we use in OTL timecard layouts ?  How do we use them in timecard  layout file?
