E1 shuts down when users are trying to use the drag and drop function; upgraded to 9.2 very recently

Example from user- entered the Journal Entry information click row Attachment; when I save the drag and drop attachments- Note the Internet tab is no longer E1 but a tab with the name of the file I attached; after I close the tab with the attachment view.  E1 is gone

Then have to log back in to E1 and do the JE again.

Right after go live 9.2 this would happen after I had entered 4-8 JE attachments.  Today it was happening on almost every JE I drag and drop the attachment.  Today I had to browse to attach documents.

When testing 9.2 this was not happening.
