ACA form file - replacing a replacement xml file

I sent the IRS my form and manifest xml files ,they were rejected with a bad checksum.  So I created  replacement files, resent tem to IRS and received another rejection with  AIRSH100 error, missing elements.

How do I replace a replacement file, I went back to the original file, but I no longer have the row exit to replace/resubmit.

Should I uncheck the replaced/resubmitted flag in the top right corner in p08140/w08140D review/edit ACA transmission Details?
