Logo issue in iReceivables Statements EXCEL type in R12

Hi All,

We are doing R12 iReceivables Statements to print output in PDF ,EXCEL,HTML styles.

We are good for PDF, but coming to EXCEL it was printing like below.

Created rtf template below is the details.

Type:  RTF

Default File Language: English 

Sub template:  No    

Default File Territory: United States    

Default Output Type: PDF

Can you please help why it is not printing as expected.
