No of Approval Transactions shown in "Approval" tile in mobile expense is different than what is sho

Hi ,

We are seeing an issue in Mobile Expense where no# of transactions pending in approval tile is different than what is showing inside(pending approval page).

For Example when we login on mobile expense there are "12" transactions pending (count shown on approval tile).  When user clicks on the "Approval Tile" the pending approval page is displayed which is showing "8" transactions are pending for approval(4 transactions are missing)

When we logged in from Dekstop and went into the worklist there are "12" pending transactions exist,can anyone please suggest what could be the possible reason the remaining "4" transactions are not showing up on mobile.
