After i upgrade siebel to 8.1.1.15 PATCH SET 8, we are unable to connect to database authentication

After i upgrade siebel to 8.1.1.15 PATCH SET 8, we are unable to connect to database authentication but not LDAP. are there any know issues with LDAP authentication. we are getting the following errors

swse log file error messageSBL-SCB-00011: Failed to connect to pipe .

Object manager is crashing and it is creating FDR file and file. Analyzed FDR file, there is one crash before
