July 2016 PSU patch error in Oracle 12.1.0.2

Hi ,

I applied the July'16 patch PSU on my TEST server and got the below error:

Oracle Home       : /grid12c/app/product/12.1.0/grid

Central Inventory : /grid/oraInventory

   from           : /grid12c/app/product/12.1.0/grid/oraInst.loc

OPatch version    : 12.2.0.1.5

OUI version       : 12.1.0.2.0

Log file location : /grid12c/app/product/12.1.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2016-07-21_12-46-08PM_1.log

Verifying environment and performing prerequisite checks...

OPatch continues with these patches:   19769480  20299023  20831110  21359755  21948354  22291127  23054246

Please shutdown Oracle instances running out of this ORACLE_HOME on the local system.
