WIP Issuance Transaction not reflecting the user name who perform the Transaction ??

Dear Gurus,

We have observes that all the WIP Issuance transaction have been performed by the Warehouse Officer from the Maintenance Super User responsibility i.e (OAF Standard Form).

While viewing the Material Transaction Record Detail is coming from the user who raise this demand in the Work Order which is not right inspite of having the name of the person who perform the transaction. As we are aware the WO Demand tends to create the Move Order in Pre Approved Status so up to the Move Order create the records history should populate only the person name who raise this demand in the WO as he is a logical person who did this.
