error with new DLL

Hi ALL,

1) developer applied all step, but when deploy latest full package in PD, the end user has issue: so, are there a spec, runtime DLL to recycle

2) what is the table?JITI process, spec folder, transparent process background when end user launch report (report use the new cusotm dll)   ?

we are facing issue with NER, parent DLL is, I promote the object to Prod environment but seems doesn't point to new DLL

print attached, is filtering for DLL CSHL2015, ...should have the same value DLL=CSHL2015 in all environment? for table F98762? and for F9060 too?
