(CA_EMAIL.EMAIL_CI.TRIGGER) (PeopleCode), is taking over 43 of the 44 minute total run time.
This is causing the delivered CA_LOAD_UPD process to run for over an hour. We need a solution to increase efficiency in our nightly batch. This has been stated by an oracle SR that this has been an issue since 9.0...
