Zero Balance Records in F0902 for subledger transactions.

We are in the processing of turning off the subledger processing option in manufacturing accounting and have a question regarding the associated F0902 records.  The accounts used are not accounts requiring a subledger.  What we've found is that the zero balance forward record is carried forth in perpetutity and has amounted to millions of records in the F0902.  Those values are already considered in the summary record, so my question is whether these records can be deleted without repercussions.

We are running 9.0 with 9.1 tools.
