6.4.1 Workbench - Screen Set Edit Access

Hello,

By default the screen sets in the workbench have a hyperlink that allows users into an area where they can edit screen sets.  We do not want end users to have this type of ability.  Editing a screen set would have negative effects on all users who are assigned to the screen set.  How can the hyperlink be removed to avoid this issue?  If it cannot be removed, how can I block it from opening?  This is one of a couple hurdles holding us back from launching the workbench.

As a secondary question: Is it possible to limit the users to only having access to select the screen set that is specifically for their User Role?  This would be the same screen set that is assigned to the role in the "Manage User Access" section.
