ORACLE IN - MEMORY DATABASE CACHE

Does ORACLE IN - MEMORY DATABASE CACHE only come with the Enterprise edition of the database and not Standard edition 2. We maybe downsizing our database from Enterprise to SE2 that is why I am asking the question.

Also is this automatically turned on or is there parameters that need to be set up.
