Missing Values and Version options when right click on task view/Menu item.

Hello,

we have a user who has always been able to select a UBE to run from a task view/menu item. Recently she has been getting an error that states "You are not authorized to view processing option values". When we right click on the task view UBE to see the options, the Values and Versions options are not showing.

The attached screen shot shows what the options should look like. It appears to only be one item that is having the problem as she can see the Values and Versions options when right clicking on other items.

I had our security person have a look and couldn't see any security specific for this user on the UBE or Version.
