I run ORA-4030-Troubleshooting Tool (Doc ID 1521926.1) to help me diagnose the cause of a ORA-4030 errors and its saying that ulimit –d is too low= 524288 but I don’t know how to calculate it.
The OS is Hp-Ux
uname -a
HP-UX mfthbd02 B.11.11 U 9000/800 mfthbd02 unlimited-user license
And the database is version
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bi
pga_aggregate_target = 2G
sga_max_size = 9G
cache hit percentage is 95%
The server has 53 GB of physical RAM and it is reporting 87% of use
The swap memory reports a maximum of 97% of use.
Can you help me?
