Is Oracle planning any enhancements to EEO-1 Reporting, in view of the EEOC proposed requirement to

The EEOC has proposed Changes to EEO-1 Reporting to include
Pay Data beginning September 2017 (Pursuant to California Fair Pay Act). If
this passes, Reporting parameters must be in place January 2017 to begin
tracking salary data on EEO-1 forms.  We
prepare these reports in September of each year, for filing Race and Ethnicity
information effective mid-July of that year.
