E1 9.2 - Local Web Error

Hi,

I have installed local web for E1 9.2 tools 9.2.0.2. When starting from Tools->Enterprise Menu getting below error.

1. Could not start web server

2. Could not find web server

3. Failed to Luch E1 Menu on HTML Engine.

Could you please help to solve this issue?

Note: Yesterday we have re-install JDk 1.7 and re-install JDeveloper 12.1.3 for BSSV check-in issue and after that Local Web broken. Before that It was working fine with no issue.
