Staged/Pick Confirmed status workflow mail / alert to end user.

Hi Support,

There is business requirement came from client to send the Staged/Pick Confirmed  Order status workflow mail / alert to end user every after 30 minutes through . So that by checking the notifications mail end user go and do the ship confirm for respective orders.

Please suggest is there any standard functionality program is available to send the above requirements.
