Replication Mail for same content updation to users

Hi Guys,

The users are getting two updation notification mail for same content updation.

But the user should get one mail.

How to find out the cause of issue? where to find it? and how will find the issue happening because of particular reason.recently we have created one component .It is working fine only .It is about if suppose user when try to upload bulk gb files the message will be display like .Use New check in form for bulk import/upload.how to find out the reason why it is happenning?i think logs also perfect.
