How to send encrypted XML Message Files to bank.

Hi ,

As part of Our requirement We need to send Encrypted XMl Message files to the Bank. The XML message is signed and encoded in base64.

How to proceed to do this Requirement. We don't want to go for any middle ware (SOA or ESB).

We need to Post this Payment Information in Bank url by using http Over protocal method.

Please share your thoughts on this requirement. If you have done this earlier
