Does AIGS transaction page allowed any personalization/extensions

Hi,

We have some custom requirement on AGIS page (R 12.1.2)

Briefly, in the transaction screen, there are QUANTITY & RATE columns, when user enter values for them,  A debit/Credit column should get the value based on some calculation on Quantity and Rate fields( Ex:  QUANTITY * RATE should populate on DEBIT ot CREDIT field)

Does page allow to perform above custom personalization/extension ? because it is a standard screen.

Kindly provide us best solution for this.
